Support

All Counsellors deserve support throughout their careers. Whether you work in an organisation, run your own private practice, or a combination, it is vital that you have a clinical supervisor you feel comfortable reaching out to.

Knowledge Building

As Counsellors we can never know everything. This is where Clinical Supervision can assist; in clarifying your strengths and areas to expand your knowledge. As a mutually educational space, I am continually learning from my supervisees and building my own knowledge.

Non-judgemental

I strive to help all supervisees feel comfortable in bringing forward topics for discussion in supervision. Clinical supervision is a space in which we as practitioners can learn and grow, and develop towards being the best counsellors we can be.

Private Practice

For those in private practice, or considering the option, Clinical Supervision can offer the opportunity to goal set, information gather, skill build, and break patterns that can form when working in isolation.

Ethical Considerations

In supervision I hope to assist supervisees to address, rectify and seek clarification around ethical considerations that may come up in their work spaces using using various codes of ethics, legal requirements and best practice models.

Self-Care

All too overlooked in the Counselling profession, self-care is an incredibly important area for practitioners to consider. Clinical supervision can assist you in developing personalised strategies to ensure your mental, physical and spiritual health.
