When I first started my private practice I began to notice many new clients were wanting to discuss relationships. While some were in monogamous relationships, many were ethically non-monogamous (ENM). Unfortunately an experience they all had in common was a lack of understanding and support from previous therapists. After hearing these experiences I realised that the most important work I can do is in creating a safe and liberating space where clients can discuss their relationship dynamics without feeling judged or criticised.
