Chronic Illness

Counselling for chronic illness and chronic pain

You may have been living with chronic illness for years, or perhaps you have been newly diagnosed. Chronic illness can (and does) impact all areas of life. From sleep to mood, relationships, digestive health, energy levels, mental health, financial stress and cognitive functioning, just to name a few.

I have over 30 years of lived experience with chronic illness and pain, so rest assured I know all about endless Drs appointments, specialists, financial strain, finding the right medications, fatigue, societal pressures and more. I've worked with many clients also living with chronic illness and pain, including ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, autonomic nervous system disorders, co-morbid disorders, mystery illness yet to be diagnosed, as well as partners and family members of individuals living with illness.
